1. Refund policy
 Stitchasaurus Gear does not offer refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed however, we will always try our best to solve any issues a customer may have with their gear

2. Accuracy of measurements
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate measurements are provided before confirmation of purchase. Stitchasaurus shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in measurements provided by customers. If you are unsure of how to get accurate measurements please refer to our size charts or contact us and we can walk you through it

3. Resale limitations
Customers agree when making purchases from Stitchasaurus to not resell our products for more than the original purchasing price. Onix and Co also reserve the rights to sell, donate or give away any flawed attempts of your gear unless the design is heavily personalised

4. Shipping
Once an order has been shipped and the customer has received the tracking number Stitchasaurus relinquish responsibility for the package. Any issues with tracking or delays are to be resolved with the shipping carrier.  If the tracking number isn’t working on the customers end please reach out to the shipping carrier first and if they are unable to help please contact us

5. Right to refuse Service
Stitchasaurus Gear has the right to refuse service to any individual for reasons including but not limited to misconduct, offensive behaviour or purposeful violation of our policies

6. Wear and tear Disclaimer
Our products are all handmade by the team here at Stitchasaurus however that does mean that products may have minor imperfections and while we strive to make highly durable gear Stitchasaurus cannot be held responsible for wear and tear over time

7. Not suitable for certain uses
Our products are not weight tested and are not intended for use in providing mobility tasks or with dogs that are prone to pulling

8. Liability Disclaimer
Stitchasaurus Gear shall not be held liable for any damage caused by the misuse of our products. Customers assume all risks associated with the use of our products

9. Prohibition of offensive content
We allow full customization of gear including the use of colourful language however we will not include offensive imagery or language such as the use of slurs on our gear
